Package Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and accessories are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
